We have implemented the “ Client Urgent Issues and Warnings” feature and it is now available for use in your agency. You can now document Client Urgent Issues and Warnings for your clients/Individuals

You can find “Client Urgent Issues and Warnings (E.g. Choking hazard or likes to pinch or scratch staff)” under the Client Form

View & Add Client Urgent Issues and Warnings
Go to the Client Form, scroll down and you will see the “Summary and Warnings” section.
Click “Show” button and the section will be expanded

Type the Client Urgent Issues and Warnings (E.g. Choking hazard or likes to pinch or scratch staff) in the box provided
Click the “Add” or “Submit” button at the bottom of the page to save Client Urgent Issues and Warnings that you added
