We have implemented the “Client Report Summary” feature and it is now available for use in your agency. You can now document Client Report Summary for your clients/Individuals in this section and it will still be displayed at the bottom part of the report section

You can find “Client Report” under the Client Form

View & Add Client Report Summary
Go to the Client Form, scroll down and you will see the “Summary and Warning” Section.
Click the “Show” button

The “Client Report Summary” section will be displayed
Type the Client Report Summary in the box provided
Click the “Add” or “Submit” button at the bottom of the page to save the Client Report Summary that you typed
